So this is a list of all the kitchen gear I need, (but will never be able to afford) especially now that I am moving out of my 6 person house and into a two person house, so I will no longer have 5 other people's stuff to use :P

Ughhh I feel like I have wanted those Kitchenaid appliances forever! Unfortunately, with those price tags I think I'm going to have to wait until I get married and have a wedding shower or something. I don't know how I'd choose a colour... red is awesome, but I love boysenberry... and buttercup... and apple.... with 25 colours, how can you choose???

The only thing on this list I don't have is the immersion blender and only because it's hard to find one that won't break. My kitchenaid mixer is a ginormous 6 quart commercial beast in Black because black goes with everything and I might have eventually tired of any other color. It is totally worth the money and all the wishing.

Yeah, I am suddenly understanding the implications for gathering awesome kitchen things once you're married - I never thought about it that way for some reason. But wedding presents + it being two ppl's stuff instead of just your (expensive) stuff + living in one place for longer than just a year (the way I do now)...I don't wanna have to wait until I'm married to have wonderful kitchen gadgets though :P
