Me Today:

What I am Wearing:

My "Rock Out With Your Cock Out" Shirt, my old navy black tank, my favorite jeans, and a plaid skirt that I've had since I was 16 :P

What I am Reading:

I got back from Shambhala Mountain Center the beginning of this month, and got so busy crocheting and doing god knows what else, that I never finished reading Turning the Mind into an Ally! So I am working hard on finishing it now! I still need to get a cushion to meditate on, but that is another story entirely.

The Song that is Stuck in my Head:

"Through the Roof 'n' Underground" By Gogol Bordello, for the movie Wristcutters, A Love Story (if you haven't seen it, go watch it right now!!!)

Who I'm in Love with at the Moment:

Walter Bishop from Fox's TV show Fringe. I love him in a very different way than I love Richard Castle, obviously. Walter is just so sweet and different. I want to hug him. The end of the first episode of this season almost made me cry he was so sweet.

Isn't it amazing??

We are part of a blog contest! I thought you guys would win earrings for voting, but it turns out I will, and I don't have pierced ears :P Oh well, they will make a good Christmas present for someone if I win :P Anyway, check it out :)

Things I Like

I don't need any of these things, but they are still adorable/awesome/deserve a shout out, so here they are, maybe you will need one of them!

Adorably emo panda who is probably from an anime that I don't know about:

I would buy this if it was a card and if it came by itself, but it is actually part of a set of three prints - maybe you want to put them on your wall?

Have I mentioned that I love walruses? Well I do. Almost as much as I love wombats and yaks and pandas. And maybe more than I love bunnies. Maybe. Anyway, this shirt is covered in walruses :D

Aaaand, grand finale, this ADORABLE octopus sculpture. If it cost just a little bit less I would have already bought this for Adrianne for Christmas :)

Hopefully I've helped them all find a home with you!

Mentioned on Creative with Clay's Color Feature!

My Egg Carton of Crochet Chicks was selected for a lemon yellow color feature on the blog Creative with Clay! Check it out!

A Fair to Remember

So, the fair went okay. I sold enough to pay back the booth fee, plus like $25 bucks. In retrospect, North Beach is not the kind of place where people have money to throw around. It was definitely a learning experience, and I met a bunch of people who loved my stuff!! That was exciting. And lots of people took business cards :)

Oh, and note to self - bring sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat with a brim regardless of weather forecasts.

What I wore:
(you can click on any of the pictures to make them bigger)

(one of my new threadless shirts!!!!)

My Booth:

And we'll end with adorable bunny butts as far as the eye can see :D

Things I Want. A lot.

This Yeti:

Isn't he wonderful?

This card:

Even if I didn't have a sheep obsession, it would still make me melt. It reminds me of my "Impossible Love" shirt :)

This Dress:

I would wear it with the amazing 80's Purple Boots that I wish I could justify buying!

This Toast Thingie:

I'm not sure if I should be concerned about putting that thing in the toaster or not, but love will overcome leeching chemicals!!!

This Skirt:

This is the back of it, but I had to show the adorable bow - it's what totally sealed the deal for me. I love grey, and plaid and skirts, and bows!!!

Something Sold!

I FINALLY sold something after almost two weeks of no online sales! I was starting to get worried! Anyway, here is what sold:

My lovely penguin! Yay for sales!

Blog Change

Hey, so I have edited the HTML of my blog a little bit. Let me know if you hate it, I can (I hope...) change it back. I just didn't like that pictures etc. kept getting cut off, so I made it so that the width of the posts changes to fit the width of the window, so that no matter how big your window is, you still see the whole picture. Anyway, feedback would be appreciated :)

A Fair to Remember

Don't forget to stop by A Fair to Remember this Sunday 11-6 in Kerouac Alley (right by City Light Books) in San Francisco! I'll be there selling my lovely animals!

Chemical Free Makeup

Parabens are really starting to freak me out, because of all the cancer stuff (watch out, it's even in your sunscreen!) so I've decided that I need to buy some organic makeup, and look at all he wonderful stuff I found!

For some reason I loooove blue eyeliner and that's what I wear whenever I put on eyeliner, and I found some without parabens! Yay!

Now I just have to get myself over to Sephora!

New Treasury!

Please come check out my latest treasury! It's theme is birthday surprises!
